How does the Virtual Classroom pre-purchase ticket model work?
Participants pre-purchase tickets for a course. Once the minimum number of tickets is reached, the course is scheduled and added to the public calendar.
What happens if a course does not reach the minimum number of pre-purchased tickets?
If a course does not reach the minimum number of tickets within the expected timeframe, UAI will communicate next steps with ticket holders, including updated scheduling options or alternatives.
What is early bird pricing?
Early bird pricing applies to pre-purchased tickets before a course is scheduled. Once scheduled, pricing increases to the regular rate.
Are CEUs available for all courses?
CEUs and professional credits are available only for Utility Analytics 101, 201, and 202.
Do you offer onsite (in-person) training?
Yes. Private Group Training and Custom Private Group Training can be delivered onsite at your facility for groups of 20 or more participants. Onsite pricing varies by course and group size and is confirmed through a proposal.
What is the difference between Virtual Classroom Training and Private Group Training?
Virtual Classroom Training allows individuals and teams to join live courses with peers from other utilities. Private Group Training delivers the same course exclusively to your organization, creating a shared learning experience for your team.
How does Custom Private Group Training differ from Private Group Training?
Custom Private Group Training offers one-day courses tailored to your organization’s goals and challenges. Private Group Training delivers standard UAI courses without customization.
Is On-Demand training available?
On-Demand training for all one-day courses is planned and coming soon. This option will provide flexible, self-paced learning with the same high-quality content, offered at a lower price point due to the absence of live instruction.
How does pricing differ for members and non-members?
UAI member organizations receive discounted pricing across training offerings. Member and non-member pricing is clearly listed on course pages and reflected in published pricing ranges.
How do I know which training option is right for me and my organization?
UAI offers multiple training and coaching options based on your goals, team size, and timeline. If you are unsure which option is the best fit, UAI can help you evaluate options and recommend an approach.
How do I request Private Group Training or Coaching Services?
Contact UAI to discuss your goals and request a proposal.
How long does it take to schedule a course?
Timing depends on availability and demand. Virtual Classroom courses are scheduled once the minimum number of tickets is reached.
Who should attend UAI Training?
UAI Training is designed for analytics professionals, leaders, and teams working in utility organizations.
How do I get my Certificate of Participation and Completion, as well as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for 100- and 200-level training courses after completing the class?
After completing the course, UAI will share your complete status with our training partner, The University of Oklahoma, and they will create and ship you a hard copy of your certificate, which notes your CEUs. The hard copy of the certificate will be shipped to you approximately 30-days after completion of the class. If you have not received your certificate after 30-days, please contact us.
How do I get a receipt for my purchase?
Receipts are automatically emailed to you after you make a purchase. If you do not receive the email receipt, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also view all of your orders on your My Account page.
How long do I have access to courses?
Online, on-demand course access expiration varies based on course. If you have questions about a specific course, please contact us at training@utilityanalytics.com.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
Full payment is required prior to attending the training class. All cancellations must be made in writing to Training@UtilityAnalytics.com. You may cancel without penalty up to 5 weeks prior to the scheduled date, after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. You may transfer 100% of the registration to another training class on a different date without penalty up to 5 weeks prior to the scheduled date, after which a $150 transfer fee will be charged. You may transfer your registration to another person up to one week prior to the scheduled date for in-person classes or up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date for virtual classes. No-shows and cancellations made on or after the scheduled training date will be charged the full class rate. All credit card refunds will be issued to the same credit card used during the original registration process.

Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Save more when you register more people:
- 5–9 tickets: 5% off
- 10–14 tickets: 10% off
- 15–19 tickets: 15% off
- 20+ tickets: 20% off
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout on virtual classroom courses based on quantity.

Do I need to pay for my training class prior to the class start date?
Yes. Payment must be received prior to the start of the training course. If payment is not received by the training course date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on a credit card until proof of payment is provided. You can pay for your class registration by credit card or invoice. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media/UAI Training.
